What we collect
Only what you send us, such as your name, email address and the details of your enquiry or order. This website does not have a checkout or user accounts.
How we use it
To reply to you, handle orders and returns, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information.
Who handles it
We use third-party providers for website hosting and email, and they may process data on our behalf. Marketplace orders are also subject to the privacy policies of Amazon Australia and eBay Australia.
Access, correction and complaints
Email us to see or correct the information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
How to make a claim
Email support@vivas.au with your order number, a description of the problem and photos if possible. We will tell you what happens next.
Orders from Amazon Australia and eBay Australia
Orders placed on these marketplaces are also covered by that marketplace's return process. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply either way.
